Provide support to Business Unit Operations and the Workers Compensation Manager by coordinating established workers compensation claims protocol which include: follow up with the operations on return to work, working with operations on light duty accommodation and follow up appointments; working with the claim adjusters to ensure agreed claim strategy action items are followed up; and managing the workers compensation claim files to ensure files are highly organized and all required documentation is in order.

The Staff Accountant position will be part of a team responsible for the centralized processing of all accounting related activities in support of multiple operating companies (OpCos) of a holding company whose stock is publicly-traded. As part of the accounting shared services group, this position will be required to support more than one OpCo. This position reports directly to the Director of Accounting.
This position will be required to ensure overall software quality; provide status updates to stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met. Follow the recommended QA standards, processes and procedures. Work closely with project teams to review design, determine appropriate software fixes and demonstrate the stability of a product for release.Must have solid communication skills needed to work with both IT and non-IT employees. This position reports through Shared Services but is based in the Portfolio companies’ corporate office.
The Strategic Sourcing Manager leads strategic sourcing and supplier management activities for capital and construction projects across the Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation (MIC) operating companies, with the goal of improving quality and service, meeting project schedules, mitigating risk, and achieving significant reductions in total cost of ownership (TCO). Works closely with key stakeholders in business lines, corporate functions and supplier organizations to develop effective cost reduction strategies and implementation plans. This position will typically be responsible for $50-100 million in annual spend.
The IT SQL Developer will develop customized solutions for the company, including SQL Database Administration, SQL report development and data analysis. The SQL Developer will work with other employees from corporate departments and operations to define, design and deliver needed reports and data. This position may work independently or with a team to deliver such application solutions. Must have solid communication skills needed to work with both IT and non-IT employees. This position reports through Shared Services but is based in the Portfolio companies’ corporate office.
The primary objective for this position is to provide support to the Company’s field operations by implementing established human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, union matters, benefits, and training, with a strong emphasis on employee relations.
